Cancellation Policy - B Square Trade Academy

At B Square Trade Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs and a transparent learning experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are permitted.

1. Course Fees and Payment

• All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment confirms seat reservation and access to course materials, whether online or offline.

2. Cancellation by Participant

Before Course Start

• If a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the course start date, a full refund will be processed after deducting a 10% administrative fee.
• If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the course start date, no refund will be provided. However, the participant may request a one-time rescheduling to a future batch within 60 days, subject to availability.

After Course Start

• Once the course has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
• This applies to classroom training, online live sessions, and pre-recorded programs.

3. Cancellation by B Square Trade Academy

In the rare event that a course is canceled by B Square Trade Academy due to unforeseen circumstances such as low enrollment, trainer unavailability, or natural calamities, participants will be offered one of the following options:

• A full refund with no deductions, or
• A transfer to another available batch or course of equal value, based on the participant’s preference.

4. Non-Transferability

• Course fees are non-transferable to another individual.
• Name changes or access transfers are not permitted once course access has been granted or classes have begun.

5. Mode of Refund

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
• Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
